These terms and conditions of purchase constitute a legal agreement between you, the user, and Skins Clinic and govern the use of the website.
In addition to the Terms, use of the Website is subject to other policies or regulations of the Website, including, but not limited to, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms. We invite you to read them.
You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions are a single document.

Accepted methods of payment
You can securely pay for your order by Visa, MasterCard or Amex.
For security and fraud reasons, credit card purchases from our online store will only be accepted if the name and billing address match the name on the purchaser's credit card and the address on the credit file.
In case of doubt, we reserve the right to verify the validity of the transaction with the cardholder and to cancel the order if necessary.
Taxes
The Canadian provincial and federal sales taxes applied to your order are calculated based on the rate in effect at the time of purchase and the delivery address associated with your order. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
If you return an item for a refund, the refund will include the sales taxes you paid at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Free shipping in Canada with any purchase of $99 or more.
We offer FREE shipping on all purchases of $99 and more before taxes anywhere in Canada, except for remote areas.
For orders of $99 and less, a flat rate delivery charge per province will apply.
For all non-standard orders in remote areas of Canada, additional shipping charges may apply. These charges will apply regardless of the value of the order. A customer service person will contact you to inform you of the shipping charges and to finalize your order.
Delivery in Canada
The shipping of your order to the address of your choice is insured with Canada Post.
Delivery of your order will be made within 1 to 7 business days depending on your delivery address in Canada.

Expedited Parcel: $11.95 or free with purchase of $99 or more (2 to 7 days)
Other provinces (excluding remote areas)
Expedited Parcel: $14.95 or free with purchase of $99 or more (2 to 7 days)
Returns, exchanges or cancellations
Return Policy
You have thirty (30) days following the receipt or pick-up of your order to return or exchange an item provided that the merchandise is in its original condition, i.e. unused and in its original undamaged and sealed packaging.
All purchases from the Skins Clinic online store, with the exception of gift cards and clearance items, can be returned by mail for a refund or to the clinic for an exchange or reimbursement.
Back to the clinic
To make a return or exchange at the clinic, please :
- Return the item purchased in our online shop.
- Present the original invoice received in the order confirmation email.
All returned merchandise will be examined upon receipt. Upon acceptance of the return, you will be offered an exchange, a refund on your Clinique Skins gift card or a refund on your credit card (except American Express).
Return by mail
To make a return by mail, please contact customer service in one of the following two (2) ways:

A customer service representative will then contact you by phone or email to let you know the steps to follow.
Upon receipt of your shipment, we will analyze your return request within 2 to 5 business days, and then credit your account with the price of the returned item according to the original method of payment. We will then notify you of the transaction by email or telephone. The initial shipping and handling charges and the return shipping charges will not be refunded.
In addition, be sure to properly package the returned product(s) to avoid any additional damage that would not be covered by our return and warranty policy.
Please note that:
- This policy does not apply to products that have been used.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Only the price of the item, including taxes, is refundable.
- In the case of an exchange, the price differences between the exchanged item and the replacement product are at the customer's expense.
- Items purchased or picked up in store can only be exchanged or refunded in store.
- We assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage incurred in the return of merchandise.
Cancellation
It is not possible to cancel your order once the transaction has been completed. You will therefore have to return it to obtain a refund.
If it is an order to be picked up at the clinic, please contact our customer service to make a cancellation.
Returning a package sent to the wrong address
Canada Post will attempt to deliver all parcels. However, if it is unable to deliver the item, the package will be returned to the original address on the shipping label.
A customer service representative will then contact you to validate if you wish to cancel or receive your order. Your shipping information will then be validated and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your purchase, it will only be possible at the clinic within 30 days of receipt or pick-up.
